Following the success of our first collaboration in April, Holiday Cottage Handbook and the Property Investor Show are joining forces again to deliver a major feature at the October edition of the UK’s premier real estate exhibition.
STR Zone – Powered by Holiday Cottage Handbook will be dedicated to the thriving short-term rentals industry. It will have relevant exhibitors and educational show content, including panel sessions, seminars, and interviews. The event will be held as part of the Property Investor Show on 4-5 October.
During the inaugural event in April, exhibitors included HCH Financial Services, Hosthub, SuperControl, Sykes Holiday Cottages, The Aparthotel Revolution, and Your AirHost. The dedicated panel sessions were attended by more than 200 people.
James Varley, Founder and CEO, Holiday Cottage Handbook, said: “We are delighted to be running the STR Zone and collaborating with the Property Investor Show for a second time. April’s show was a major success – delivering exceptional value for both exhibitors and visitors. We are confident October’s show will be bigger and better – and look forward to working closely with our show partners during the lead-up to the event.”
Nick Clark, Director, Property Investor Show, said: “Our first collaboration with Holiday Cottage Handbook was a huge success, with all of the short-term rental seminars and panel sessions very well attended and received. We have jointly laid the foundations for a much larger and regular platform for the STR industry within the Property Investor Show and are excited for the future.”
Exhibition space starts from just £1,900 plus VAT. Space including a MODEX Show Ready Stand with vinyl flooring is available from just £2,550 plus VAT. Exhibitors will also benefit from exposure on both Holiday Cottage Handbook and Property Investor Show channels, and be invited to take part in show content.
